Description

DA provides a solid foundation for business agility by showing how the various activities such as Solution Delivery (software development), IT Operations, Enterprise Architecture, Portfolio Management, Security, Finance, Procurement, and many others work together. DA also describes what these activities should address, provides a range of options for doing so, and describes the trade-offs associated with each option.

HOW IT WORKS

ProPMO has developed uniquely participatory digital learning experiences termed ‘Learning Circles’ for its Bootcamp. These enable facilitation of DA contextualizion through an innovative, collaborative and digitally-blended training medium that is gaining momentum the world over.

Synchronous Sessions (approx. 4 hours each) will see experts from ProPMO and participants logging in and interacting together. Unlike conventional trainers, experts from ProPMO will play the role of facilitators who take each participant down a path to help contextualize their challenges and opportunities for DA adoption.

Asynchronous Sessions will entail participants logging in to the platform at their own convenience to access reading material, independently engage in discussions with peers, post queries for our experts to answer, share research on topics, analyse case studies, and complete polls and surveys.

In this sense, the Learning Circle (LC) as a medium is a departure from the classic Webinar or online workshop format. It ensures effective two-way communication, peer learning and discussions, effectively merging content with context, and resolving of specific problems with sustained guidance.

Rajarama is the author, PMO expert, strategist, thought leader, business transformation consultant. He has over 25 years of cross-functional experience, setting up and running successful PMOs for global companies
During his industry experience across various domains, he has been heading PMOs and played the senior management roles. He was instrumental in setting up PMOs to streamline the implementation of product development, organizational projects, and services in PTC and Blue Star Limited. He also showcased the value of PMO for various events and NGO projects in the PMI Pune chapter.
Through his company ProPMO Services Pvt Ltd, currently, he consults companies to address business concerns through the holistic adoption of PMO at various organizational levels that are right for their business.
He is the past President and currently on the board of PMI Pune chapter and served as a volunteer leader for over 7 years on the board.
