Description
Whether we like it or not, we are “negotiating” from time to time, consciously or subconsciously. The negotiation skill is one of the critical “core competencies” of a successful leader or entrepreneur. We may learn it the hard way through trials and errors or we may attend a “quick fix” training seminar. The fact is that – you can’t teach a kid to ride a bicycle in a seminar!
Like any other skills, the skills can only be mastered with a well-thought system, supported with ongoing reinforcement learning over a period of time. With the changes over time, yesterday’s skill set may not be sufficient for the challenges of tomorrow’s sales. School is never out for the professionals.
