The end of an era, the start of new beginnings are the standard cycle of business organizations. This workshop reflects and plans for the future of this organization.

Description

Today, knowledge and human capital are becoming an organization’s key resources. The ability to find, attract and retain talent has become an essential skill that a successful organization must embrace. The Singapore Mercantile Co-operative Society (SMCS) is no exemption. As a society, she faces similar issues small and large business organizations are currently facing: mastering the skills of talent management, including recruitment. Recruitment skills can only be acquired through practice and this workshop can act as a guide to ensure that SMCS MC and Co-op Reps will be as successful as possible with any recruitment they undertake.
